Service Description

This remote notary service is conducted virtually online so that you can notarize your document(s) from anywhere in the USA. You must have a computer or a Smartphone with a camera and a valid government-issued ID. Once the appointment is booked, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to the virtual notary platform where the notarization will be conducted and the below instructions: 1. Click "Join Meeting" (this will redirect to the Online Notary platform) 2. Create your free account (returning clients click "sign-in") 3. Once your account is created, click "New Notarization" (blue button) 4. Upload the document(s) that needs to be notarized 5. Enter Payment information for the Notarization (Price starts at $36.99) 6. Enter Signer(s) info 6. Click "Start Here" (at the bottom) 7. A link for ID verification will be sent to your email 8. Once ID is verified, a Zoom link to the meeting will be available on the notary platform (also sent via email) **Must use the "Join Meeting" link in the email to create an account on the virtual notary platform, otherwise, I will not get the notary request Please email with any questions or if you need to make any changes to the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. If you are canceling the same day as the appointment, please contact us 2 hours prior to the appointment.
